Is this safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. We’ve formulated this with Decyl Glucoside, one of the mildest plant-derived cleansers available, and excluded harsh sulfates (SLS/SLES) and synthetic fragrances that typically cause irritation.
Why is the pH level 4.5–5.0?
The intimate area is naturally acidic to protect against "bad" bacteria. Standard body washes often have a pH of 7.0 or higher, which can disrupt this balance. Our wash uses Lactic Acid to maintain the "gold standard" pH for intimate health.
Is this product vegan?
Yes. All ingredients, including our Snow Fungus (a plant-based alternative to hyaluronic acid) and botanical extracts, are 100% vegan-friendly.
Does it contain "fragrance"?
We do not use synthetic "parfum." The light, calming scent comes from a functional blend of Lavender, Violet, and Himalayan Cedarwood essential oils, which also provide natural soothing benefits.
Can I use this during my period?
Yes. The Silver Citrate and Notoginseng in the formula are specifically chosen to maintain freshness and soothe the skin during times when you may feel more sensitive.
