I am slowly trying to replace old products with ones from Ms. Artisan as they run out - the micellar cleansing water was one of my first replacements and is great value for money, doing exactly what it says without being harmful (either for me or animals during the process of being made and tested). I wear a rather stubborn eyeliner, so need a little cleansing balm around the eye area prior to use, is all. I think this is my second or third bottle!

Clean very well & nature

I was using Garnier until it gave me breakouts and I've been searching for a effective replacement and this might be it. It cleanses makeup residue very well and very light on the skin. If you are a skincare ingredient junkie like what Ive became, you MUST read ms.artisan's ingredient list. Simply compare this with garnier's and you will be drooling. =P It's that good

I alternate between using this and Bioderma. It cost more than the bioderma one so I use the bioderma one to cleanse heavy makeup first before using the msartisan one to do the final cleansing. The ingredients are much better and I realized less breakouts after using this.

Love its natural calming scent. I feel that it cleanses my face very well even though I don't rinse with water as recommended on the bottle as I find hk water is too harsh on my super sensitive skin despite having a filter installed on my shower head.
